Static cracks get routed out to a V or a square channel, cleaned, and filled with a polyurea or epoxy that bonds to both faces and cures hard enough to grind flush.
Moving cracks get treated as joints. The channel is cut, a backer rod goes in, and a flexible sealant fills it so the crack can keep moving without tearing the repair.
